Pierre is the cook. His passion for cooking, products from the farm : wild plants from La Vayssade such as fennel, juniper, marjoram, and vegetables from the garden.
The opportunity to taste local products such as Quercy lamb, magret, confit, fritons or duck foie gras, melons from Quercy, not to forget the famous black diamond or the « Pastis » on season.
And of course, as in the numerous wine areas of France you will taste the two vineyards, the famous Cahors Wine and some others « crus » from the nearby province.
